About

Systems that honor real people.

Sources May Vary is Ehi Aimiuwu's studio practice — building community infrastructure that works inside real constraints, for real communities, over the long haul.

Where the Method Came From

The Sources Architecture Method™ was developed through years of hands-on work in Chicago's civic innovation, digital literacy, and community program ecosystems. It emerged from a simple truth: people don't fail because they lack ideas — they fail because they lack systems that support those ideas.

Across digital literacy programs, community initiatives, nonprofit operations, and founder strategy sessions, the same pattern appeared again and again: teams were doing meaningful work, but their systems were unclear, undocumented, or unsustainable. The method was built to solve that problem — with clarity, structure, and humanity.

Background

The method is grounded in Ehi's experience across multiple domains:

These experiences shaped a methodology that is both analytical and relational — rigorous enough to build infrastructure, human enough to work in real community environments.

What We Believe

The Sources Architecture Method™ is built on three convictions:

Where the Method Has Been Applied

Each application has strengthened the method and expanded its toolkit.
